Past Week

This past week was kind of stressful and exciting all at the same time. Not much has happened this past week but there are things that have made it good and things that made it bad. I will explain.
Money still remains tight for me. Food is even tighter. I was supposed to receive a 200 dollar gift card that was supposed to be used for food. However when i got the card it only had $1.63 on it. I was really mad at the fact that someone had used my gift card and I got stuck with nothing. I feel that the cards should have been distributed a little bit more evenly and been distributed differently. As normal nothing became of it and I got screwed once again.
Things with me and Aaron were still the same. Not much has changed. We didn't do too much as usual due to the lack of money. Luckily I was hired by home depot and started that saturday which I will talk more about in a little bit. But mostly what we did was pack Aarons things and moved him into his moms house where he will be staying for a couple months until he gets his things in order.
I was hired by Home depot where I started work on saturday. I was in orientation for Saturday and sunday. Orientation was extremely boring and couldn't wait to get out of there. All I did was watch the second hand turn on the clock. This was not fun at all.
I still am a little stressed out due to the fact that I am wondering if I am going to make it to work for the next week until I get a paycheck. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. However it really sucks that I have to put gas before food. This is the way that the economy is coming to for alot more than just me, and it really is a problem when the government doesn't really care enough about the people that live here to actually do something about it. Thank god we are going to be getting a new president in November. Maybe it will actually do something good for this country for once. My personal belief is that George Bush is a sorry excuse for a president in this country.
But I finished my orientation on sunday which I was very happy about. And started my computer training at my store. This was boring as well but a little less boring than the orientation. Luckily I'll be finished with that real soon and I can actually do my job out in my department. I'm excited that I am actually making some real money for once.
I am still a little stressed out because I have all of my bills that are past due and I have such little money coming in. I have to catch up all of my bills when all of my money comes in with whatever I have available. I am hoping that I have enough left to pay for gas for the next 2 weeks.
The military still hasn't paid me yet but as of last night I was able to find out when I am going to get paid. Unfortunately they were supposed to pay me for mileage and I still have yet to get that money. That money is missing in action and I have no idea when to expect that. I have waited long enough and now I have to wait even longer? What the fuck. I am really pissed off right now. I'm tired of all this shit.
